High School Diploma Program

  • High school diploma courses are offered through individual instruction in learning centers where the teacher provides programs of study to meet the needs of each learner. Students complete courses at their own pace.
  • Concurrently enrolled students must have prior approval from their counselor, parent / guardian, and an adult school counselor before registering for academic classes.
  • Adults may earn a high school diploma through successful completion of all requirements, including the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE).
  • Classes are open entry, open-exit, and offer the student flexible hours of attendance. For enrollment and information, please contact one of our main campuses.

adult basic education

  • Classes in Basic Reading, Basic Language Arts, and Basic Math are available.
  • These classes build fundamental reading, writing, and math skills.

adult independent studies

For AIS, students pay a $25 dollar materials deposit at the time of registration. Students may complete the majority of their work at home while meeting with a teacher once per week. For information on registering for AIS, please call one of our campuses.
